Position Summary Dana is a global leader in supply of highly engineered driveline, sealing and thermal‑management technologies that improve the efficiency and performance of vehicles with conventional and alternative‑energy powertrains. Serving three primary markets – passenger vehicle, commercial truck and off‑highway equipment – Dana provides original‑equipment manufacturers and the aftermarket with local product and service support through a network of nearly 100 engineering, manufacturing and distribution facilities. We’re looking for a Junior HR Manager in Montano Lucino (CO) or Arco (TN). Responsibilities Contribute to improve the organizational model of the plant and ensure the right implementation of standard structures, processes, responsibilities, skills and profiles. Recruitment and selection: support the Blue Collars recruiting with line managers and temp agencies and contribute to white‑collars recruiting. Training and people development: coordinate and implement individual Development Plans (IDP) and organize special plant training projects, on‑boarding and induction plans for new hires. Business partnership and KPI management: support the HR KPIs – labor cost, holiday usage, absenteeism rate, overtime hours, turnover – and propose improvement or recovery actions on monthly basis. Internal communication: support communication processes and special projects. EHS norms and procedures management: collaborate with the EHS Manager to safeguard industrial safety and plant properties. Labor relations: ensure proper application of national, regional and local labor law, collective agreements and general company regulations and negotiate and establish relations with unions. Qualifications University master’s degree in Economics or Law. At least 3 years of experience in a similar role within a multinational company. Knowledge of labor law, fluency in English (spoken and written) and computer literacy with good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint). Soft skills: leadership, team playing attitude, listener and communicator, problem solver. Preferred: Master in Human Resources Management and Master in Human Resources Management.
