Field Service Engineer – Medical Devices
We are looking for a Service Engineer to install, configure, and support advanced medical devices within the electrophysiology ablation technology field. This role involves close collaboration with clinical, sales, and project teams to ensure professional, compliant, and efficient field operations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide field support for hardware, software, and IT systems, including installation, troubleshooting, repairs, and software upgrades.
* Plan and manage field interventions independently in coordination with local and international teams.
* Communicate effectively with internal teams, hospital staff, and project stakeholders.
* Perform occasional data cabling installations in hospital lab environments.
* Complete all technical documentation and reporting accurately, in line with QA procedures.
Requirements:
* Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, IT, Engineering, or a related scientific field.
* Experience in medical electronics servicing or complex electronic field support.
* Strong skills in troubleshooting, networking, connectivity, and operating systems (Windows/Linux).
* Excellent command of English; additional European languages are an advantage.
* Ability to work independently in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
* Availability to travel frequently within Europe and occasionally internationally.
What We Offer:
* Contract Type: Temporary, starting ASAP until 31/12/2026.
* Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM.
* Location: Home Office.
* Salary and Benefits: CCNL Commercio – Level II, €8 meal vouchers, and a company car for mixed use to support travel across the territory.
