OverviewFor our Worldwide Finance & Control Department, we are looking for a Financial Controller to join the Team at our HQ in Milan.Your ImpactThe Financial Controller is responsible for strengthening profitability and planning accuracy through structured budgeting and forecasting, effective margin control, and continuous optimization of financial systems and reporting processes.Activities
Oversee group financial controlling and FP&A activitiesCoordinate and orchestrate the monthly, quarterly, and yearly closing processSupport P&L closing and financial reporting with variance analysis and performance insightsManage and improve budgeting and forecasting processes at group levelMonitor and control Cost of Goods Sold (COGS) and gross margin performanceSupervise inventory valuation processes and stock accounting methodologiesEnsure proper financial data integration across ERP and reporting systemsCollaborate with IT and finance teams on system optimization and data qualityPrepare consolidated financial reports and support group consolidation activitiesStandardize reporting processes and improve financial workflows across the group
Qualification
8/10 years of experience in a similar role in a structured international GroupAdvanced proficiency in financial modeling and tools such as Excel, Power BI, or SAPFluency in both Italian and English
