The role involves leading a team to manage all customer service activities at our Customer Distribution Center in Anzola dell’Emilia. Act as the main contact for operators and technicians, resolving technical or process issues during plant operations. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate team activities with the Site Manager Monitor and supervise daily plant operations according to company protocols Achieve production targets, maximize efficiency, and reduce downtime Support operators technically and operationally to ensure smooth operations Manage control systems (SCADA, PLC, DCS) to maintain operational parameters and address anomalies Collaborate with maintenance to plan activities without disrupting production Maintain safety standards and monitor safety and quality compliance Prepare performance reports and suggest process improvements Update management and stakeholders on plant status and production Requirements: Technical diploma or degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Automation Engineering or related field 3-5 years experience in supervision or plant management, preferably in automated or industrial sectors Knowledge of automation systems (SCADA, PLC, DCS) Team management and stakeholder communication skills Problem-solving skills and emergency handling capabilities Knowledge of safety and quality regulations in industry Required Skills: Leadership and team coordination Technical expertise in plant operations and process optimization Control systems and automation knowledge Flexibility and resilience under pressure Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Additional Offerings: International environment fostering curiosity and proactivity Opportunities to experience other countries and cultures Fast-growing company Company-paid meals Personal computer and smartphone provided Permanent contract Further details: Dematic values diversity and equal opportunities.
