Responsibilities:
- Design of high -performance Analog ICs applied to integrated optical transceiver modules, including simulation, design, verification and optimization
- Analyze technical requirement specifications and define target product performance by collaborating with system engineers
- Drive and support layout activity for the physical design of building blocks and top levels
- Contribute to feasibility studies, compare different solutions and proactively share knowledge and best practices within the team
Qualifications:
- Master degree in Engineering, PhD will be positively evaluated
- More than 5 years of experience in analog/RFIC design environment with hands -on design knowledge of complex IC
- Experience in Cadence Design Framework and analog/RF design practices, from circuit layout implementation to testing
- Creative design ability to solve analog IC design problems demanding the highest levels of performance
- Proficient working with state -of -the -art technologies - SiGe BiCMOSs, CMOS.
- Proven track record of designing high performance complex analog IC designs into volume production
- Good communication skills, ability to work in multi -cultural environments, strong team working attitude
- Fluent in English and availability to travel outside Italy
