**Your role:**In this role, you have the opportunity to support the team for leading and managing the European Central Service Operations to ensure high-quality service and customer satisfaction at scale to secure customer retention for life.To succeed in the role you'll need excellent communication skills, a keen attention to detail and a strong ability to manage and prioritize tasks. You will work closely with other teams and departments to ensure Customer Service Level Agreements and Support Operational Key Performance Indicator in your Geography of responsibility are met.**To s****ucceed in this role, you should also have the following skills :*** Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (ideally Biomedical), Computer Science, Information Technology, Mathematics, Physics, or related or equivalent combination of education and work experienceLanguage and Soft Skills* Fluent in both the local language and English* Leader, Flexible, self-motivated, enthusiastic is ultimately accountable for the service delivery to customers#LI-OFFICE
**How we work together**
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week.
Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company's facilities.
Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company's main facilities, generally at the customers' or suppliers' locations.
