Technical Support Engineer

We are seeking a highly motivated Technical Support Engineer to join our Industrial Technologies Europe team in a remote capacity. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Light Commercial reciprocating compressor products and be able to develop new business opportunities with major agents, OBMs, and OEMs.
Key Responsibilities:
* Stay up-to-date with product launches and transitions to maintain effective sales engagement programs.
* Develop new business opportunities through strategic partnerships with major agents, OBMs, and OEMs.
* Build strong customer relationships and provide technical support to ensure customer satisfaction.
* Document market and customer findings and communicate insights back to the organization.
* Support marketing efforts to evaluate market segment trends, monitor government regulatory activities, and solicit customer feedback.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related field.
* 5-10 years of experience in sales and marketing or R&D departments.
* Familiarity with Light Commercial reciprocating compressor products.
* Knowledge and understanding of compressor applications and regulations for Light Commercial markets.
* Excellent verbal, written, presentation, and communication skills (English and one European language).
* Highly motivated, self-sufficient, and capable of managing multiple projects.
* Frequent domestic travel with occasional international travel and weekend travel.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Suite applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams).
* Prior work experience with major Light Commercial Agents, OBMs, and OEMs is beneficial.
