Run what runs the world. /ppThis Position reports to:br/HR Operations Team Lead /ph3Your Role And Responsibilities /h3pYou will perform day-to-day HR transactions for Payroll, while also managing complex and escalated tasks. You will ensure a high degree of customer experience by committing to a complete, accurate and timely completion of HR transactions. You will also support the globally set standards for HR operations and ensure that the respective business processes in an HR operations front office / hub adhere to the local legal and regulatory requirements. /ph3Responsibilities /h3ulliExecute and deliver assigned HR Services in compliance with all standard operating and procedures/policies or other procedures in place and according to the defined Service Level Agreement(s). /liliInteract with external vendor, support on employee queries and HR community /liliPerform annual monthly Payroll tasks according to deadlines. /liliEnter data into appropriate systems as necessary for assigned HR Services.
