FunctieomschrijvingRandstad Italia Spa, Florence branch, is looking for a E&P Project Controller for a major multinational company operating in the Oil & Gas sector.We offer an initial 12‐month temporary contract with the possibility of direct placement in the company.CCNL Mealworking Industry, RAL 34‐35K.Workplace: FlorencePossibility of smart working.Key ResponsibilitiesThe E&P Project Controller is a key member of the Equipment & Projects Finance team and works in close partnership with the Project Management organization.The role requires leveraging data and financial analysis to support decision‐making, with a strong focus on process simplification, accuracy, and adherence to controllership governance.
Partner with Project Managers to provide governance and control over project costs;Lead Project Margin Reviews to define project margins for revenue recognition purposes;Assess exposures, risks, and opportunities related to cost estimates and determine the need for reserves;Perform detailed variance analysis versus budgets and benchmarks to identify productivity opportunities;Contribute to strategic digitization and simplification initiatives (e.g. systems implementation, cross‐functional processes, RPA), as a team leader or contributor;Perform other finance‐related duties as assigned.
Functie‐eisenTo Be Successful in this role you will:
Hold a degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or an equivalent discipline from an accredited university or college;Have relevant professional experience, preferably within the finance function of a multinational company;Have experience using financial systems such as Oracle and OBIEE;Have mandatory fluency in English, both written and spoken.
