Position
Location: Atlantis Bay, a luxury residence in the Bay of Sirens and the enchantment of Taormina, for the summer season of 2026. We are looking for a Housekeeping Manager to join our team and share our passion for excellence.
Responsibilities & Requirements
The Housekeeping Manager is the ambassador of excellence. Responsibilities include:
Managing the entire housekeeping department and developing the team.
Ensuring compliance with quality standards throughout the hotel.
Assigning tasks, organizing shifts, and distributing workloads.
Overseeing hygiene arrangement, cleanliness, and replenishment of room and public area amenities.
Selecting and coordinating floor staff.
Collaborating closely with other departments, sharing guest preferences and needs.
Motivating staff to achieve continuous improvement and high performance.
Maintaining excellent relational, organizational, and team‑management skills.
Possessing a good knowledge of English.

Required domicile: Taormina or nearby areas.
Contract type: Seasonal, fixed‑term.
