All about the role As a Connectivity Lean Portfolio & Agile Delivery Director, you will be responsible for leading the Lean Portfolio Management and Agile Delivery, ensuring value‐driven prioritization, predictable delivery, and strategic alignment with business objectives. You will oversee portfolio governance, budgeting, capacity planning, and execution across multiple Agile delivery teams. You will also lead PMO and Product Owner organisations, enabling effective best practices, executive reporting, and continuous stakeholder engagement to maximise business outcomes and delivery performance.

What you'll do Define and lead Lean Portfolio Management (LPM) practices for Connectivity initiatives and value‐driven decision‐making. Govern the end‐to‐end delivery portfolio, ensuring alignment between strategic themes, epics, roadmaps, and execution. Lead and manage PMO and Product Owner teams, ensuring clear accountability for delivery, prioritisation, and value realisation. Facilitate and guide Lean Portfolio ceremonies, including Portfolio Sync, Epic Review, Investment Review, and stakeholder alignment sessions. Drive portfolio prioritisation and backlog management, balancing business value, risk, dependencies, and technical enablers. Own and consolidate product and portfolio roadmaps, ensuring consistency across teams and alignment with business and technology strategies. Lead capacity planning and demand management, coordinating across Agile delivery teams to optimise throughput and predictability. Oversee portfolio budgeting and funding, applying Lean Budgeting principles and managing spend versus value delivered. Ensure on‐time, in‐scope delivery of connectivity and digital initiatives, proactively managing risks, dependencies, and impediments. Produce and maintain executive‐level reporting and dashboards, covering delivery performance, value realisation, financials, risks, and roadmap status. Act as primary interface with senior stakeholders, enabling transparency, informed decision‐making, and fast escalation resolution. Drive continuous improvement of Agile and portfolio management practices across the organization. Competences5+ years of experience in portfolio management, agile delivery, or large‐scale programme management, with leadership responsibility. Strong expertise in Lean Portfolio Management, Agile at scale, and value‐driven delivery models. Proven experience leading PMO and Product Owner organisations in complex, multi‐team environments. Solid understanding of roadmap management, capacity planning, and lean budgeting. Strong ability to translate strategy into executable plans and measurable outcomes.

Experience producing executive‐level reporting, KPIs, and financial dashboards. Excellent stakeholder management skills, including facilitation of executive and portfolio‐level ceremonies. Strong analytical and decision‐making capabilities, balancing value, cost, risk, and delivery constraints. Ability to operate effectively across business, product, technology, and finance functions. Nice to have SAFe certification (LPM, SPC, or equivalent).

Experience in Connectivity, Io T, or digital platform portfolios. Familiarity with product‐centric operating models.

Experience with financial governance in Agile/Lean environments. Exposure to large enterprise transformations and Agile maturity journeys. Where you'll be You will be based at the Electrolux office in Assago, Italy or in Stockholm, Sweden.
