Job Overview
We are looking for a talented and committed Fresh Graduate Engineer to play a Maintenance Supervisor role in one of our plants located in Turin - Mirafiori.
Responsibilities:
The responsibilities of the Maintenance Supervisor include but are not limited to the following:
· To coordinate the maintenance team, ensuring production continuity with the highest level of Safety, Quality, Costs and Environment;
· driving continuous improvement activities and ensures the highest skills develop;
· Plan preventive and scheduled maintenance;
· Manage complex faults and analyse root causes;
· Monitor maintenance KPIs (faults, MTBF, costs);
· Reporting to the Area Manager of the Production Unit, he/she is responsible for managing a maintenance team.
· He/She works from 6.00 am to 2.00 pm or from 2.00 pm to 10.00 pm or from 10.00 pm to 6.00 am on alternate weeks, in accordance with the assigned production shift.
· He/She must be willing to work 15, 18 or 20 shifts per week, totalling 40 hours per week, with days off on a rotation basis.
Qualifications, Skills & Experience
The ideal candidate will have the following skills and experiences:
· Master degree in Engineering (Mechanical - Electronics Engineering, Automotive Engineering or Management Engineering);
· 1/2 years of experience in the specific or similar roles in a manufacturing plant is a plus;
· Fluent in English (minimum B2 level);
· Analytical approach;
· Advanced problem-solving;
· Excellent team work orientation;
· Excellent communication skills;
· Sense of responsibility;
· Ability to learn and to work under pressure;
· Sense of initiative;
· Technical knowledge of Assembly lines and Industrial Machinery;
· Good leadership skills.
