The new joiner will be responsible for the design, implementation, and support of service management processes using the SAP S/4HANA Service module.In this role, you will:Analyze business requirements and design service processes in SAP S/4HANA.Configure and support service-related functionalities such as service orders, confirmations, service contracts, and installed base management.Integrate service processes with C4C, FSM, SD, MM, and finance modules.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless end-to-end service execution.Support testing, training, documentation, and go-live activities.Identify and implement process improvements and automation opportunities.This is an on-site position, with the option to work remotely on selected days, following GEA’s smart working policy. Occasional travel may be required.Your profile and qualificationsWhat sets you up for success:Bachelor's degree in IT, Business Administration, a related field or bring relevant professional experienceGood experience with SAP Service processes, ideally in S/4HANA.Strong understanding of service lifecycle management and related business processes.Experience with integration into logistics and finance modules.Experience with S/4HANA and familiarity with SAP Fiori apps are a plus.Understanding of integration scenarios with SAP C4C and SAP FSM is a plus.Proactive mindset with the ability to think ahead and solve problems independently.Strong communication skills and a collaborative, team-oriented attitude.Fluent in Italian and English; additional languages are a plus.A good understanding of the integration with SAP C4C (Cloud for Customer) and SAP Field Service Management (FSM) is highly desirable.Ready to engineer a better world with us?
