We are seeking a: COST CONTROLLER - EXPERT Main Responsibilities: Collaborate in preparing and updating operational, economic, and financial risk sheets in cooperation with company functions, especially the General Project Manager; Report economic-financial and administrative critical issues proactively, paying attention to existing agreements and contracts; define standard project and company costs with the Budget Controller; Participate in improving tools and models to ensure consistency between contracts, agreements, timelines, and financial coverage; Prepare and issue technical cost quotations; Review and analyze monthly costs, ensuring correct allocation; Verify documentation supporting invoicing and reporting; Support internal and external audits; Manage estimates (accruals) and communicate with administrative functions, including the financial statements; Handle requests for quotes and monitor work orders, ensuring timely renewals; Interface with technical areas to gather information on work orders; Monitor monthly allocations and approval processes for estimates; Support the authorization of Work Progress States (SAL); Prepare project progress reports; Work closely with Project Managers to integrate progress status; Provide ad hoc support to the project team. Minimum Requirements: At least 5 years of experience in economic-financial analysis or supporting complex projects, preferably with experience in contracts or procurement; Knowledge of economic-financial sustainability principles in project cycles; Ability to read technical and economic documentation; Knowledge of financial programming and economic monitoring systems; Master's degree in Economics, Management Engineering, or Law; Good written and spoken English skills; Knowledge of international best practices and standards; Proficiency in data management tools and Office software (Excel, Word, Access).
