You will make sure artists and their team will be satisfied of our distribution services. In parallel, you will contribute to business development by identifying, sourcing (together with the Talent Scout team) and negotiating distribution deals with artists. This will include day to day sales, management, strategy and reporting of the artist’s digital distribution business. Sales strategy and emerging artists lookout - Identify promising artists & bands through various sources (data, charts, network, industry relations) - Lead complex sales discussions with an innovative approach - Support and execute the sales strategy - Manage a Customer Relation Management dashboard (Salesforce) - Analyze and keep track of sales performance 2.
