Ph3About the Role: /h3 pWe are looking for an IT Sales Application Architect who will be part of the IT Sales Center of Expertise Team and report to the IT COE Sales Team Leader. /p h3Main Responsibilities: /h3 ul liLead the IT architecture for Sales Applications, identifying solutions needed to support business operations and processes. /li liDefine key aspects of the application architecture and look for opportunities to improve or consolidate existing systems. /li liDesign applications, ensure compliance with global IT architecture standards and business requirements, maintaining consistent enterprise-wide design principles. /li liProvide technical leadership to development or infrastructure implementation teams, acting as the subject matter expert in assigned area. /li liSupport the IT Account Manager during the demand collection process, working closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements, identify suitable IT solutions, and assess technical feasibility. /li liContribute to execution of IT projects in collaboration with project managers, platform leaders, and external suppliers. /li liGuide resolution of critical incidents, act as third-level support when necessary, and maintain constructive relationships with vendors to evaluate offerings against business requirements, constraints, and priorities. /li /ul h3About You: /h3 ul liDegree in IT, Engineering, or Business Management and at least six years of professional experience, preferably in the FMCG sector. /li liStrong analytical skills, problem‑solving mindset, and ability to lead, manage, and guide team members effectively. /li liConfident communication across multiple organizational levels, translate business requirements into application and technical concepts. /li liExperience implementing Sales applications and processes, particularly in Order to Cash and cross‑company sales. /li liDeep knowledge of SAP S4 (SD and MM/LE modules) and demonstrated experience in SAP S4 implementation projects. /li liFamiliar with EDI, data exchange, CRM‑ECC integration, and basic ABAP reading and debugging skills. /li liExperience with SAP C4C (Sales Cloud) implementation projects is a plus. /li liFluent in English; additional languages such as Italian, German, or Spanish are an advantage. /li liAvailable for international mobility and excellent command of MS Office tools, particularly Excel and PowerPoint. /li /ul h3Our Benefits Perks: /h3 pCareers with caring built in - discover our benefits here. /p h3About Ferrero: /h3 pFerrero began its journey in the small town of Alba in Piedmont, Italy, in 1946.
