Our office is located in Seregno, Italy. /p pSupport the Project Manager in understanding and meeting customer expectations. /p pTake ownership of engineering tasks, using effective methods to reduce costs while maintaining schedule and quality. /p pAct as the main technical contact for the customer on assigned projects. /p pHelp prepare procurement lists and specifications for sub-contracts, ensuring timely delivery. /p pEnsure all engineering deliverables meet scope, quality, budget, and schedule requirements, and flag any customer-driven changes. /p pPromote a supportive team environment and assist colleagues in achieving their development goals. /p pContribute to bid activities, ensuring customer needs are understood and smart, efficient solutions are proposed. /p h3Who You Are : /h3 pYou actively listen and check for understanding, and you adjust communication content and style to meet the needs of diverse partners. /p pYou anticipate customer needs and provide services that are beyond customer expectations.
