While retaining always its DNA, in recent years Diesel has evolved into the world of premium casual wear, becoming a true alternative to the established luxury market. /p pWe are currently looking for Client Advisors – Tempo parziale to join our Diesel Store in Agira Outlet. /p h3You /h3 ul liAuthentic, passionate trusted client advisor: an intuitive sales associate with a passion for style. /li liA powerful communicator, handling clients with personal care and empathy and putting the client at the center of every decision. /li liCourageous with ideas and innovative in your approach, always ready to grow and learn. /li /ul h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liAct and think first of the client and their experience, you have an in‑depth knowledge of the desires, needs and expectations of clients. /li liWelcome and assist each client providing an excellent in-store experience at all times. /li liBe a master at storytelling and at the art of asking engaging questions. /li liCreate a long‑term authentic bond with clients by making them feel the experience is truly about them. /li liDeal effectively with customer complaints by liaising with the line manager when necessary. /li liDemonstrate active leadership on the selling floor, to drive individual and team objectives and be accountable for sales results. /li liBe proactively engaged in cross‑selling with all departments and maximise sales opportunity in order to achieve individual sales target and KPIs. /li liProve brand and product knowledge. /li liEnsure and maintain the shop floor and visual display at a high standard, complying with company operational guidelines and stock procedures. /li liContribute to a high level of security and be attentive to prevent product theft, including tagging garments and merchandise on the floor. /li liThink innovatively about how we can improve and generate new ways, be up‑to‑date with new fashion trends and competitors. /li liDevelop and nurture meaningful and loyal client relationships through personal connections and CRM initiatives. /li liManage and drive sales by understanding client desires and create a hand‑crafted experience for the client to achieve the best sales performance. /li /ul h3Key Requirements /h3 ul liPrevious experience in sales roles; experience in structured fashion, luxury or retail companies is a plus; passionate about retail, client service and commercial mindset. /li liExcellent understanding of the luxury sector and product sensitivity. /li liStrong communication skills. /li liWillingness to evolve in the organization; willingness to relocate is a plus. /li liDigitally aware and open to new ways of working. /li liStrong competencies in decision making, strategic thinking, financial acumen, innovation, focus on customer and execution. /li /ul h3What we offer /h3 ul liPart‑time contract. /li liA competitive pay depending on store performance; you will have commissions on concession sales. /li liA range of development opportunities in Diesel and OTB Group store network in Italy and abroad. /li liA generous employee discount on Diesel and OTB Group brands. /li liAn awesome, young and dynamic team. /li liHighly inclusive working environment. /li liLunch vouchers for each working day. /li /ul pAs part of OTB Group, we work in a proactive environment, where everyone is challenged to achieve new goals, outstanding performances are recognized, and valuable career opportunities are provided to all employees.
