Greentalent, recruiter specialized in the search and selection of professionals and managers in the Energy, Engineering, and Environment sectors, on behalf of a leading company in the renewable energy industry, is looking for:
Project Developer
Reporting directly to the Head of Development, the Project Developer will support the Development team in the management of project portfolios, taking responsibility for the following key tasks:
* Coordinating and interfacing with external developers and engineering service providers;
* Analyzing renewable energy projects to assess their feasibility and profitability;
* Supporting the Business Development team in acquiring land for PV projects;
* Supporting the Business Development team in M&A transactions;
* Using available simulation tools to assess project capacity;
* Reviewing design documents prepared by external developers before submission for project authorization;
* Assisting the permitting process by engaging with local authorities and attending authorization meetings (e.g., conferenze dei servizi);
* Supporting other internal functions (e.g., EPC management, asset management, etc.), when necessary.
Qualifications
:
* Master's Degree in Engineering;
* At least 1-2 years of valuable experience in renewable energy project development;
* In-depth knowledge of sector regulations and local/regional regulations;
* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
* Strong communication skills;
* Excellent project coordination and teamwork capabilities;
* Fluent in English;
* Willingness to travel occasionally within Italy.
