The award-winning Corporate Finance Department plays a pivotal role in shaping major national and international transactions, handling some of the most high-profile and complex deals in the industry. The firm is now looking for a Mid-Level or Senior Corporate Finance Lawyer to join their dynamic and forward-thinking Corporate Finance team. In this role, you will work alongside market-leading professionals, advising corporate clients on M&A, private equity, and other complex corporate finance matters. You will be advising on high-value corporate transactions, including M&A deals for both listed and unlisted companies; structuring and negotiating private equity investments and related financing agreements; drafting and reviewing key legal documents, such as share purchase agreements, investment agreements, and due diligence reports; providing strategic legal and regulatory advice to corporate clients on cross-border transactions. You will be collaborating with financial institutions, investment funds, and multinational corporations on cutting-edge deals.
The ideal candidate will be a lawyer with 2/6 years PQE in corporate finance, M&A, or private equity from a leading law firm.
