It functions as a Procurement Competence Center, a global real estate provider, a Business and People Care Service Manager, and an Environmental Risks Manager. Within the Facility Management & Site Services Business Unit, we are seeking a resource to join the Customer Care and Service Delivery North unit. The responsibilities include:
* Supporting the Cluster Manager in managing maintenance and soft services providers and relationships with the division;
* Assisting the Manager in overseeing the provider during routine and extraordinary activities as per contractual agreements;
* Interfacing with the Client for operational needs, ensuring proper resolution of complaints and disruptions in coordination with the provider;
* Updating technical specifications in collaboration with the relevant company function;
* Participating in monthly meetings with the Client and Providers as scheduled by the contract;
* Monitoring and controlling provider activities through IT systems, identifying deviations from SLA, and proposing corrective actions;
* Supporting the Manager in coordinating with other LGS functions related to site activities, providing technical support;
* Proposing investments to ensure operational continuity of the sites.
Educational qualification: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Aeronautical, Mechanical, Electrical, Civil Engineering, Management, or Architecture.
Experience level required: Junior
Technical skills: Experience in managing facilities at a site (e.g., production, retail, chemical, pharmaceutical, industrial).
Behavioral skills: Flexibility, proactivity, listening skills, result-oriented attitude.
Language skills: English B1/B2 level.
Computer skills: Office Suite, Win Project, SAP, Autocad.
