The SSC payment Coordinator will be part of the team responsible of managing payments and cash forecast for all European entities managed by the Shared Service Center, based in Cinisello. The role requires flexibility, attention to details and capacity of relationship with different cultures. Duties and Responsibilities - Cash forecast - Group bank relationship and issue solving - Month end and related reconciliation for SOX process - Supplier payment either manual or automatic - Payment of any statutory obligation, such as taxes, fund, pension - Relationship with Group Treasury department - Support Accounting Supervisor during audit Requirements: Technical Skills - Diploma in accounting and/or degree in economics - At least 5/7 years of proven working experience in Accounting - Knowledge of main of home banking systems: - Good MS Excel skills and in general good IT systems skills - Fluent in English (C1/C2) Plus - Knowledege of Netsuite - Experience in Treasury area Behavioural Skills - Organized and results driven - Strong team player and problem solver - Passionate and proactive - Leadership skills
