QC Technology & Innovation Specialist Location: Borgo San Michele – Latina, Italy. 12‑month fixed term contract. Purpose Identify new automation and simplification opportunities in the current QC environment and support laboratory efficiency. Responsibilities
Propose and implement innovation projects. Perform core business activities: shipments, consumables management, data trending for NIR tests, master data creation, and related tasks. Lead the paperless laboratory initiative: develop LIMS software master data, collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, capture user requirements, and manage critical issues. Support stability: manage stability samples and identify simplification opportunities. Manage consumables: ensure adequate stock of reagents and standards, oversee expired reagent lifecycle. Maintain electronic system master data: empower methods, reports, projects and custom fields for iLAB, Smart QC and Checklyst Manager. Support lab activities: handle shipments, document management (periodic review, RMS, DR), and assess NIR model performance.
Qualifications / Requirements
Master’s degree in Chemistry, Biology, Engineering, or related field (CTF). Strong organizational skills. Problem‑solving attitude. Fluency in Italian and English.
