We are part of the global Merkle brand, the largest brand within the dentsu group, who shares with us a network of over 66,000 passionate individuals in 146 countries. /pliJob Description /lipThe core responsibilities of the Client Operations Analyst are to provide support across our Client Leadership team. They will manage the day-to-day activities, such as supporting commercial tasks (invoicing, reporting) and providing guidance for processes and policies. The Client Operations Analyst will also work across our resourcing teams to ensure our project teams are staffed optimally. An essential skill will be collaborating with other department leaders and developing relationships to improve Client Operations processes. All members of the Client Operations team need to be self-sufficient, enjoy solving problems and have a passion for improving the way we do things. /pliQualifications /liliFlexible approach to problem-solving; /liliWork on own initiative and as part of a team; /liliGood interpersonal skills; /liliWillingness to learn new skills; /liliA proactive approach to repetitive tasks; /liliCommercial awareness; /liliData Analytics - supportive of reporting and dashboard creation; /liliMicrosoft Excel (Business Proficient); /liliMicrosoft 365 Suite (Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint, etc..); /liliNice to have : Dynamics 36, Salesforce; /liliExcellent English knowledge written and spoken; /liliGood knowledge of German and French is a plus. /lipbAdditional Information /b /ppWe work with highly motivated people, who support and enrich each other.
