Experteer Overview
In this role you support building performance through HVAC, security and building‑automation systems. You will work across IT, networking and field environments to monitor, troubleshoot and configure equipment, ensuring smooth service installations and acceptance. You’ll prepare drawings and project materials for service jobs, coordinate equipment needs, and collaborate with local and international teams to solve problems and drive energy efficiency and occupant comfort. This is a hands‑on, cross‑functional position with a clear impact on asset performance and service quality.

* Monitor system performance across HVAC, security and building‑automation platforms
* Troubleshoot issues and configure software/hardware for service jobs
* Ensure successful installation and final acceptance of service projects
* Prepare engineering drawings and application projects for service jobs (SLJs)
* Determine equipment needs and coordinate with FSL/FSS
* Install EBI and create required graphics and programming work
* Operate in both virtual and physical environments and support cross‑team problem solving
* Maintain readiness on site for temporary or final job acceptance
* Understand HVAC/security processes and analyze data for optimization
* Collaborate with local and foreign teams to drive cost‑effective improvements
Responsabilità
* Technical diploma or professional qualification in engineering or related technical field (HVAC, Security, Controls, IoT)
* Hands‑on experience servicing HVAC systems (plus Fire, Security, Access, or Alarm systems)
* Strong understanding of HVAC processes, building‑automation controls, and standard protocols
* Knowledge of ICT, networking, IoT, and cybersecurity fundamentals
* Ability to read electrical diagrams and understand switching
* Strong fault‑finding skills and customer‑facing professionalism
* Fluent English; able to work in dynamic technical environments
