Planning & controlling activities with focus on Italian, French and Cross Border Real Estate Funds managed by GRE SGR:
* Supporting in the long term strategic planning of the real estate funds
* 3Y planning, budgeting and forecasting activities for the real estate cross border funds
* Monitoring of performances of funds in terms of Gross Yield, Net Yield, NOI, Total Return, Income Return, Change of Value, with respects to the business objectives, and in terms of Consolidated view of Generali Group
* Drawing up of quarterly clearance with GRE and Head Office (GCFO and GCIO)
* Drawing up of dashboard for Board of SGR
* Drawing up docs and specific analysis based on the financial results to support the Top management in the definition of the investments strategies and steer actions of improvement to be included in the new strategic plan
* Interaction with fund managers, reporting function and accounting team in Italy and Luxemburg
Requirements
* Good knowledge in English language (written and spoken)
* Degree in Economics
* Experience in financial analysis
* Seniority 3 years at least
Nice to have:
* Experience in real estate funds
* Experience in IFRS, Lux GAPP
* Experience in Tagetik
Soft Skills
* Analytical and organizational/ multiple task skills, team player, problem solving, commitment to achieve objectives
