Job Duties
1. Schedule training sessions, including coordinating with trainers and trainees and ensuring that all required materials are available
2. Handle logistics for training sessions, including booking rooms, arranging suppliers, and ensuring that all necessary equipment is available and in good working condition
3. Assist trainers during training sessions, including setting up equipment, taking attendance, and providing technical support as needed
4. Proactive management of projects by leading them independently including activities reporting
Education And Experience
5. Degree or current enrolment a university program in a relevant field such as Business, Marketing, Communications, Events, Education, or similar.”
6. Prior experience in an administrative or support role preferred
7. Experience in a training environment preferred
8. Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
9. Strong attention to detail and the ability to work accurately and efficiently
10. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with trainers, trainees, and other stakeholders
11. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
12. Proficiency in media and content creation, including photo and video creation/editing and social media usage – required
13. Fluency in Italian and English is required; knowledge of additional European languages is a plus
