Ideally, this individual would be a self-starter, result-driven with a deep passion for sales, growing, and scaling a creative consultancy with a twist. We are providing lead gen and a range of creative services. Solutions plans range: Growth on Demand (Marketing, lead gen oriented) - Natural Branding (The 360 degrees branding masterpiece) - Digital Product Innovation (Create or improve existing digital products) - Natural Design Thinking Workshops You would work closely alongside our Creative Director. This is a completely remote role, therefore you should be embracing both the flexibility and challenges of working within this environment. Showcase and describe services and tools to prospects. Tap into your existing network or channels in order to turn prospects into paying customers. Propose new and creative approaches to retaining, upselling, and cross-selling customers and converting leads to growth. We are looking for a partner in business development/customer acquisition to get customers to use our platform and solutions. This could be an experienced agent who can promote the services in addition to existing services for existing clients in the relevant fields or a young enthusiast agent that wants to show some skills and get up and running with a promising source of income. We prefer agents who have an existing set of clients to work with and expand the offering to. We are looking for our-kind-of-people. Super enthusiast, fun and easy-going, and not too-"salesy". You are an excellent communicator and people person, you know how to listen. The model on the line: We will be offering a base sale conversion commission-based %. Plus a recurring monthly commission based on clients' subscription duration. This is for a trial period, you will upgrade soon if your skillset and talent reflect on your results. We are more interested in higher % from sales than the base payment. Plus equity, you will become a stakeholder within our consultancy. Our pricing per deal starts at $11K/year, so there's a lot to work with.
