Sales Assistant Role
The primary objective of this role is to provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a consistent and high standard of interaction with clients. This includes approaching customers, offering advice and support on products, and persuading them to make a purchase.
Main Responsibilities:
* To maximize sales for the store by understanding customer needs and preferences.
* To develop enduring relationships with clients through effective communication and problem-solving skills.
* To provide product, promotion, and pricing information to customers.
* To manage promotional allowances, rebates, and pricing discrepancies.
* To maintain a clean and orderly environment in the store at all times.
Requirements:
This position requires a candidate with at least 3 years of working experience in a similar role. The ideal candidate will have fluency in English (written and spoken) and excellent customer service and people skills. Additionally, they should be able to communicate and inspire customers and store colleagues effectively.
