LHHFor our client we are lookung for a Service Engineer.ResponsabilitàMain activities· ProvideEngineering Support Services, answering to Customer technical queries relatedto malfunctioning, aircraft maintenance and operations, including faultinvestigation, in coordination with the other Product Support Engineering (PSE)and Engineering functions, to the achievement of the reliability and theavailability targets required by the market· Actas single point of contact for technical issues resolution towards Customers /Operators / Service Centers / LH Aircraft Maintenance Operations (BaseMaintenance and Field Service)· Creatededicated maintenance procedures and support to validation in cooperation withthe relevant PSE function (service bulletins, maintenance manual, etc.)· Collectand manage the Occurrence Reports from in-service fleet· CollectProduct Quality issues and report them to Industrial Operations - OperativeQuality· Supportaccident and serious incidents investigations under the coordination ofrelevant Airworthiness functions· Basedon feedback and data collected from Customers, launch relevant recovery /improvement initiatives at Product level, coordinated by other PSE functions· MonitorEngineering Support Services performance (service level to Customers),transferring the needed input within the PSE to ensure a comprehensivereporting and KPI monitoring· Provideto Engineering Services Improvement function the requirements of new digitalservices to be introduced in LH portfolio and support their developmentProfiloSkillsESSENTIAL KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE· Master'sdegree in Aerospace Engineering· Previousexperience in the Aeronautical sector (preferably operating in Engineering orMaintenance or Production or Training areas) is a plus.· Basicknowledge of Aviation regulations (EASA, FAA ?)TECHNICAL AND IT SKILLS· MSOffice suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Access),· SAP· VisualBasic is a plus· ENOVIAis a plus· CATIAV5 is a plus#LI-MR1«I candidati, nel rispetto del D.Lgs. 198/2006, D.Lgs. 215/2003 e D.Lgs. 216/2003, sono invitati a leggere l'informativa sulla privacy consultabile sotto il form di richiesta dati della pagina di candidatura (Regolamento UE n. 2016/679).L'offerta è rivolta a candidati di entrambi i sessi, nel rispetto del D.Lgs. 198/2006 e della normativa vigente in materia di pari opportunità.
