A Brand Marketing Specialist is sought to drive growth and profitability for 2 brands in the Italian local market.
Main Responsibilities:
* Conduct local competition analysis, focusing on market trends and promotional activities.
* Leverage data to inform strategic decisions.
The ideal candidate will focus on deploying International brand strategies at a local level and managing the brand's P&L to ensure sustainable growth. They will work closely with merchandising, trade marketing, communication, and the Go-to-Market team to ensure brand consistency, optimal market positioning, and impactful consumer engagement.
The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Economics, or similar fields and at least 3/5 years of experience in similar roles in multinational companies. Excellent knowledge of the English language is required.
