Key Responsibilities:
* Lead ERP Development – Improve and customize our ERP system for scalability.
* Mentor and Guide Teams – Provide technical support and leadership to the development team.
* Ensure Quality and Agile Delivery – Manage implementation using SCRUM/Kanban frameworks.
* Collaborate Across Teams – Work closely with IT leadership and ERP specialists.
* Drive Innovation – Implement modern engineering practices like CI/CD, automated testing, and version control.
Professional Requirements:
* Proven leadership in ERP/CRM development, especially with Microsoft D365 F&O.
* Strong technical expertise in X++, .NET, Power Platform, and software development best practices.
* Ability to collaborate across teams, lead projects, and ensure continuous improvement.
* Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving skills.
* You are passionate about driving innovation and improving ERP systems.
* Fluent English (German is a plus).
