This role plays a vital part in helping healthcare professionals prescribe and recommend products while gathering customer feedback for continuous improvement. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liProvides technical support to physicians, nurses and other medical professionals on company products and services. /li liMaking sales presentations to customers. /li liDemonstrates proper use of products to customers. /li liMakes regular visits to customer locations to gather company product information and market conditions. /li liEvaluates, diagnoses and repairs malfunctioning equipment in response to service calls. /li liProvides technical support for upgrades and other special service programs to support activities. /li liDevelops customer and product focused technical packages. /li liProvides technical analysis and documents as required.
