Overview This position will align and monitor compliance and security sites IT practices and technologies with company standards further by joining a diverse team of collaborative individuals with one thing in mind: bridging the partnerships and collaboration among local, corporate IT and business. You’ll have the opportunity to influence transformation from manual ad hoc to mature compliant processes within Regal Rexnord global sites. Major Responsibilities Lead annual IT Control Certification program from surveying to closing gaps in Change Management, Security and Operations for European sites and systems Plan and support with IT and Finance all compliance activities: compliance, internal, statutory and other audits for European sites Coordinate communication with site IT owners, IT management and other business stakeholders for control gap and requirements clarity, testing progress, and gap closure testing Develop controls and document local standard operating procedures to guide the site IT owners Review 3RD party vendor independent IT audit reports such as SOC I Type II, ISO27001 Drive timely implementation and adoption of Regal Rexnord standard processes and technologies Required Education / Experience / Skills Undergraduate degree Experience in leading IT compliance, and leading IT audits CISA certification, experience working with COBIT framework 3-5 years of experience in IT Audit and Compliance engagements Ability to plan proactively and work independently Strong written communication skills Travel : Limited Language : English required, in addition, Italian and German preferred About Regal Rexnord Regal Rexnord Corporation ("Regal Rexnord") is a leading manufacturer of electric motors, electrical motion controls, power generation and mechanical power transmission products and sub-systems, serving customers around the world in the general industrial, consumer, commercial construction, food & beverage, and alternative energy end markets, among others.
