Responsibilities
* Customer Service: Assist the customer in all stages of the sale, from product choice to purchase, ensuring targets are reached.
* Provide alternatives and maximize sales by leveraging digital channels offered by the company, guaranteeing customer satisfaction.
* Visual Merchandising: Assist in maintaining sales standards on the shop floor.
* Verify stock on the shop floor, replenishing as needed to ensure the full range of sizes is available.
Qualifications
* Preferably even brief experience in customer-facing activities outside the Retail environment.
* Excellent communication and customer management skills.
