Overview
AFOL Milano – Agenzia per la formazione, l'orientamento e il lavoro is seeking a Junior Business Analyst for Enterprise Service Italia. The role involves supporting clients in interviews, identifying problems, proposing solutions, preparing documents, designing processes to improve efficiency, and assisting in roadmap creation.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients during interviews, problem identification, and solution proposal.
- Prepare documentation and process designs to increase efficiency, reduce delivery time, and lower costs.
- Create roadmaps illustrating current (as‑is) and desired (to‑be) states for clients.
- Prepare presentations and conduct workshops with clients.
- Support team members in producing functional software requirements, managing requirement changes, and identifying associated risks.
Qualifications
- Degree in Statistics, Computer Engineering, Economics or Management Engineering.
Work Location & Schedule
Place: CERNUSCO SUL NAVIGLIO. Duration: Tempo pieno 40 h per week, 9:00–18:00. CCNL: Metalmeccanico.
Compensation
Annual gross salary (RAL) €25 000–29 000.
