Dolce&Gabbana Beauty is looking for a Regulatory Intern to join our Team and reporting to the Regulatory Manager.
The ideal candidate is truly passionate about Regulatory Affairs and highly motivated to join our dynamic team! In this role, you will work in an international environment, deepen your expertise in the regulatory aspects of cosmetic products, actively contribute to meetings with cross‑functional teams and collaborate with external suppliers.
Responsibilities
* Organizing, maintaining, and uploading regulatory files in our database
* Assist the Manager in the preparation and compilation of regulatory documents
* Participate in document collection for specific product categories (accessories, GWP)
* Review technical documents for consistency, formatting, and regulatory alignment
* Provide support across the team based on workload
* Stay up to date with international, national, and regional cosmetics/OTC regulations, including labelling, ingredient restrictions, and safety standards
Requirements
* Bachelor in scientific matters (Pharmacy, Chemistry, Biology, Biotechnology) - Mandatory
* Master/specialization in Regulatory Affairs or Master/specialization in Cosmetic Sciences - Mandatory
* Fluency in Italian and English, both written and spoken - Mandatory
* Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word, Outlook
* Strong attention to details and quality of documents and processes
* Well-developed analytical and problem-solving skills.
