A luxury hospitality brand for modern travelers, Anantara connects guests to genuine places, people, and stories through personal experiences and heartfelt hospitality in some of the world’s most exciting destinations.
Originally a 13th-century monastery with visible architectural elements, the five-star Anantara Convento di Amalfi Grand Hotel is a beautifully refurbished monument. It is located on an 80-meter cliff with spectacular views of the Amalfi Coast, just a 5-minute walk from Amalfi’s harbor and town center.
Renovated in 2023, nearly all 52 rooms offer direct sea views. The hotel features two first-class restaurants: Dei Cappuccini, serving Italian and Mediterranean gourmet dishes, and La Locanda della Canonica, a pizzeria by Gino Sorbillo, ideal for informal lunches. Amenities include an outdoor infinity pool, a panoramic gym, and a spa.
The hotel is an ideal wedding venue with unique spaces such as the cloister, private church, and panoramic terraces.
