As part of the development of our entity Abylsen Italy, specialized in Transport (automotive, aeronautics, defense, space and rail), Heavy Industry (metallurgy, steel plant), Energy and IT, we are looking for a Production Team Leader in the Lifesciences sector to integrate our team of consultants and bring your expertise on all our projects.
What is the challenge?
MAIN ACTIVITIES:
* Coordinate the Team operators of his own area of competence, with the purpose to guarantee target achievement both in terms of productivity and quality aspects.
* Manage reports related to Team results and be able to explain deviations from the target;
* Anticipate potential criticism related to raw material procurement and be responsible of inventory counting accuracy
* Be responsible for the improvement of manufacturing processes methods
* Provide technical support for plant layout, purchase of equipment, upgrade of equipment, feasibility studies, cycle modifications.
REQUIREMENTS :
* Degree in Industrial, Chemical or Biomedical engineering
* Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
* Knowledge of AS400 and SAP
* Deep knowledge of Lean Manufacturing methodology and tools
* At least 2 year of experience in managing a team in a production environment
