* Manutenzione 360°: Riparazioni idrauliche, elettriche e meccaniche (ordinarie e straordinarie).
* Sicurezza e Prevenzione: Ispezioni costanti e aggiornamento del piano di manutenzione mensile.
* Gestione Tecnica: Controllo dell'inventario ricambi e cura delle aree verdi esterne.

What You’ll Do:
* 360° Maintenance: Plumbing, electrical, and mechanical repairs (both routine and extraordinary).
* Safety & Prevention: Constant inspections and updating the monthly preventive maintenance plan.
* Technical Management: Managing spare parts inventory and maintaining outdoor green areas.
