Ph3Job Overview /h3 pAWS Infrastructure Services owns the design, planning, delivery, and operation of all AWS global infrastructure. We support all AWS data centers and all of the servers, storage, networking, power, and cooling equipment that ensure our customers have continual access to the innovation they rely on. We tackle complex challenges across the supply chain and are looking for talented people who want to help. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liDiagnose hardware and network problems and perform physical repairs. /li liTroubleshoot events within internal Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and conduct root‑cause analysis of equipment failures. /li liHandle manual lifting of equipment within regulatory weight limits. /li liWork rotating shifts, including morning, late, night, and weekends, to maintain 24/7 data‑center operations. /li liCollaborate with other solution groups on complex infrastructure issues. /li liParticipate in safety initiatives and uphold a world‑class safety culture. /li liEnsure the maintenance of data‑center infrastructure across AWS Cloud regions. /li /ul h3Work Schedule /h3 pThis is a 100% onsite, in‑person position due to the hands‑on nature of managing mission‑critical infrastructure. /p h3Location Travel /h3 pOur data centers are located in remote areas outside Milan, with limited public transportation access.
