Join us and start the future! /p h3YOUR ROLE /h3 pCollaborate with HR Analytics team to create an HR reporting and projection tool in order to support better HR events analysis, decision making and forecasting, through: /p ul liDesign data flows according to business and HR reporting requirements; /li liImplement data ingestion pipelines to import data from different sources; /li liImplement data transformation workflows to ensure data quality, to normalize and standardize data, to aggregate it; /li liDevelop complex data analysis to transform data into actionable insights; /li liDevelop customized visualizations using PowerBI according to HR and business requests; /li liPerform data analysis on specific topics; /li liImplement data validation processes, uphold data quality control standards, devise testing strategies, and formulate test plans; /li liCollect requirements from different stakeholders coming from ST locations worldwide; /li liFix, troubleshoot and solve bugs and issues. /li /ul h3YOUR SKILLS EXPERIENCE /h3 ul liStatistics Advanced data analysis /li liDashboarding and data visualization /li liStakeholder management /li liPowerBi, Tableau or other visualization tool /li liProgramming languages a plus (Python, R, SQL) /li /ul pST is proud to be one of the 17 companies certified as a 2025 Global Top Employer and the first and only semiconductor company to achieve this distinction.
