PThe strongEngineering Division /strong of strongRANDSTAD PROFESSIONAL Leaders Search Selection /strong, specialized in the strongsearch selection /strong of strongmiddle senior management profiles /strong – on behalf of our client, a group operating in the industrial sector, is looking for a: /ppbr/ppstrongSITE INDUSTRIAL PERFORMANCE ENGINEER /strong /ppbr/ppstronguPOSITION SUMMARY: /u /strong /ppSite Industrial Performance Engineer is accountable for driving industrial performance and implementing group standards in line with site vision and taking into account other fields’ objectives (production, safety, quality, supply chain, environment, etc.). /ppbr/ppstronguMISSION: /u /strong /ppTo better answer customer needs, manage and monitor site continuous improvement and performance programs in line group industrial policies and End to End ambitions, the role implies the following missions : /pulliSupport Site Director and site management team to perform diagnosis of current processes performance (End to End diagnosis); /liliIdentify opportunities and propose axis for improvement towards excellence; /liliSupport and guarantee implementation of cross-functional projects in line with concepts and methodology; /liliContribute to the process of change to ensure transformation dynamics; /liliGuarantee site performance targets achievement; /liliIs accountable for reporting of actions and KPI’s. /li /ulpbr/ppstronguMAIN ACTIVITIES: /u /strong /pulliMap main flows (physical and information ones) and identify opportunities for improvement (consistent with the added value/non-added value concept); /liliQuantify opportunities and prioritize actions to be implemented in collaboration with Site Director and Corporate support; /liliBuild transformation plan taking into account site stakes; /liliOnboard site employees into the transformation journey; /liliMake sure the transformation plan is implemented by deploying tools standards and monitor results; /liliTake charge of action plans follow-up and performance reporting and propose areas of improvement; /liliDrive the site transformation plan; /liliTrain or organize training for transformation plan implementation; /liliOperationally lead one or two transformation projects on site; /liliPropose a relevant skills development plan; /liliBe actively support diagnostic and transformation on other sites; /liliProactively share good practices; /liliContribute to defining group operations performance standards; /liliContinuously be exposed to new practices of operational excellence (through training, benchmarks, workshops…). /li /ulpbr/ppstronguREQUIREMENTS: /u /strong /pulliMaster Degree in Engineering; /lili3/5 years of practical experience in a production environment, focused on operational excellence (continuous improvement, Lean, 6 Sigma, etc.); /liliDepth knowledge of production and information flows; /liliKnowledgeable in MS Office Suite and SAP; /liliFluent in English is mandatory. /li /ulpbr/ppstronguSOFT SKILLS REQUIRED: /u /strong /pulliStrong communication and team building skills; /liliOpen minded, change management and Team spirit; /liliResilient, self-motivated and able to work under pressure. /li /ulpbr/ppstronguRange Salary: /u /strong 40-50K RAL /ppstronguLOCATION /u: /strongVerbano-Cusio-Ossola /p
