We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Sr Specialist, Total Rewards Operations to oversee compensation and benefits activities for a cluster of EMEA countries. This position plays a crucial role in ensuring the effectiveness and efficiency of our compensation and benefits programs, while also supporting HR shared services and various business teams. /ppbKey Responsibilities /b /pulliHandle and manage day-to-day operations of compensation and benefit programs, ensuring they are implemented accurately and efficiently. /liliAnalyze market data to maintain competitive pay practices and make informed total rewards decisions. /liliEvaluate roles to determine appropriate leveling and compensation structures ensuring global alignment with our global job architecture. /liliEnsure all insurance plans and benefit programs are effectively communicated and administered. /liliProvide support to Leaders, HR, and Total Rewards Business Partners on compensation-related inquiries and issues aligned to service level agreements. /liliApprove transactions within the Workday and process inquiries through the company’s ticketing system. /liliServe as the escalation point for complex compensation and benefit issues that cannot be resolved via Tier 1 support. /liliApply relevant labor laws and regulations to ensure all compensation and benefit practices are compliant. /liliEnsure all compensation and benefits programs comply with local regulations and company policies. /liliParticipate in audits and ensure accurate record keeping. /liliOversee the payment process to ensure all vendors are paid accurately and timely. /liliContinuously evaluate the effectiveness of current compensation and benefits programs. /liliRun and analyze Workday total rewards data in auditing for any discrepancies and look for opportunities to minimize deficiencies. /liliIdentify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of compensation operations. /liliAssist with training initiatives by creating presentations and delivering them to relevant stakeholders. /liliSupport the processing of local incentive bonus plans, allowances, and one-time payments in collaboration with HR Operations along with the Compensation Service Delivery Management (SDM) teambr/li /ulpbKey Qualifications: /bbr/ppbMinimum Requirements /b /pulliExperience of 3 to 4 years of compensation and benefits experience (multi-country is a plus) /liliMinimum of 3 years working with an HRIS and ticketing system /liliBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field. /liliStrong understanding of Total Rewards programs and practices. /liliExcellent organizational and time management skills. /liliExceptional communication and interpersonal skills. /liliStrong analytical and problem-solving skills. /liliExperience in Workday Compensation and Advanced Compensation modules, ability to work within Excel with VLOOKUP/Pivots. /liliAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. /lilibLanguages /b: Fluent in English (additional language preferred German, Spanish, French, Italian) /lilibCultural Awareness: /bDemonstrate understanding of working in diverse cultural environments. /li /ulpbPreferred Requirements /b /pulliCertifications: Professional certifications such as Certified Compensation Professional (CCP), Certified Benefits Professional (CBP), or Society for Human Resource Management Certified Professional (SHRM-CP). /liliUtilization of compensation management software in global grading/evaluation. /liliKnowledge of global compensation practices. /li /ulpFresenius Medical Care is an equal opportunity employer.
