Grow with us: About this opportunity: We are looking for a talented Operational Sourcing Manager to join the Sourcing Business Operations organization, established in June 2023 within the Sourcing Market Area and counting about 30 employees accross Europe. The purpose of the team and a key success factor for Ericsson to remain competitive is to secure efficient and compliant Sourcing Operations, as well as vendor lifecycle, data integrity, contract handling, and fleet management. The Operational Sourcing Manager will therefore act as a single point of contact towards internal Sourcing Stakeholders, mainly the Strategic Sourcing Managers, and will be responsible for the relationship and close collaboration on vendor lifecycle and master data, contract handling, performance and compliance, and data integrity. What you will do: In close collaboration with the Strategic Sourcing Managers: - Support end-to-end Suppliers lifecycle, onboarding, and engagement, any actions required according to the Suppliers’ Segmentation. Support the Suppliers’ closing, including support on the reconciliation of Purchase Orders and invoices. - Ensure Vendor Master Data quality and maintenance, overseeing compliance-related requirements. - Monitor Sourcing metrics (i.e. Anti-bribery and corruption, First-Time-Right, Third Party Management, etc.), provide findings, consult Strategic Sourcing Managers, and take actions to secure compliance. - Create and maintain Master Agreements, Non-Disclosure Agreements, and related appendices and documents. Handle contracts via the Sourcing Contract Lifecycle Management (SCLM) tool and get signatures according to the Power of Attorney. - Contribute to any projects related to Suppliers and Contracts clean-up to secure adherence to Ericsson processes. - Drive improvements and efficiency by monitoring the execution of standard processes, including the new procedures and tools. - Contribute to invoice digitalization in close collaboration with Account Payable Teams, and support Legal in case of invoice payment disputes, connected with Suppliers’ behaviors, to ensure an efficient and timely payment process.
