In this role, you will be responsible for driving bookings growth and achieving the assigned bookings budget (quota) by acquiring, nurturing, and expanding relationships with top‐tier clients. You will lead the sales of both technology solutions and full‐service consultative research projects, playing a pivotal role in growing our business and delivering value to clients.Responsibilities

Expected to deliver budgeted Personal Bookings, and manage personal Bookings pipeline and forecast. Will build strategic account plans and think strategically about how to grow the business within assigned accounts.Actively contribute to strategic growth initiatives within the local market. Implement strategies that will drive improved client relationships.Will be required to lead some of the largest accounts in the local market and may also be required to co‐lead a Global Key Account or Global Development Account.Collaborate with internal teams to deliver account success & growth.Actively drive new business development. Lead and support big pitches.
Required skill set
Experience and/or education in fields such as Marketing, Business or similar areas.3-5 years experience in research agency or client‐side role.Experience in the market research industry, selling and/or delivering research solutions to consumer insights & marketing functionsConsultative selling skills, with enough knowledge of research to appropriately match solutions to business needsExperience in negotiating complex deals with senior decision makersStrong presence (verbal and written communication), with the ability to run effective sales presentations and technology demosAbility to positively influence internal teams through persuasion, negotiation and consensus buildingExperience growing bookingsSignificant experience in high quality proposal writingKnowledge of & strength in pipeline management and sales forecastingStrong commercial acumen and driveAble to understand client needs and demands in a research contextHas excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to develop effective working relationships with both internal partners and clients.Is hands‐on, proactive and a flexible thinkerProficient in English and Italian
