Ensure high-quality support, covering technical assistance, field service, and training programs. Drive sales performance and optimize the order-to-cash process. Support digital transformation through ERP systems. Implement root cause analysis and establish KPIs to enable continuous improvement. Collaborate with internal departments to deliver an outstanding customer experience. Contribute to the definition and execution of the Aftermarket strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals and maintaining a hands-on approach.
