This role combines leadership, operational management, and compliance oversight to create a structured, client-focused environment. /ppKey Responsibilities /ppbProgram Operations /b /pulliOversee the day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth workflows and high-quality service delivery. /liliManage the implementation and adherence to program policies, procedures, and standards. /liliCollaborate with clinical and administrative teams to optimize program performance and outcomes. /liliMonitor occupancy and client intake processes to maintain program capacity and efficiency. /li /ulpbStaff Supervision and Development /b /pulliRecruit, train, and supervise administrative and support staff. /liliSupport clinical staff by coordinating schedules, resources, and tools needed to deliver effective treatment. /liliConduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback. /liliPromote a positive work environment that emphasizes collaboration and professional growth. /li /ulpbCompliance and Quality Assurance /b /pulliEnsure the program adheres to all state, federal, and accreditation regulations related to substance use treatment. /liliMaintain client confidentiality and compliance with HIPAA and other relevant standards. /liliMonitor and address program outcomes, performance metrics, and client satisfaction. /liliPrepare for and facilitate inspections, audits, and reviews by regulatory bodies. /li /ulpbFinancial and Administrative Management /b /pulliManage program budgets, monitor expenses, and identify cost-saving opportunities. /liliOversee billing and reimbursement processes to ensure timely and accurate submissions. /liliCoordinate purchasing, vendor relations, and inventory management. /liliDevelop and implement operational strategies to enhance program efficiency and effectiveness. /li /ulpbClient and Stakeholder Engagement /b /pulliServe as a point of contact for client families, community partners, and referral sources. /liliRespond to client concerns and complaints, ensuring timely and satisfactory resolutions. /liliRepresent the program in community meetings, outreach events, and professional networks. /li /ulpQualifications /ppbEducation /b /pulliBachelor's degree in healthcare administration=Preferred /li /ulpbRequired Experience /b /pulliMinimum of 2 years of management experience in a substance use treatment program, behavioral health, or similar healthcare setting. /liliProven track record of operational and staff management. /liliExperience with compliance, regulatory standards, and accreditation processes in a healthcare environment. /li /ulpbSkills /b /pulliStrong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills. /liliExcellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities. /liliKnowledge of substance use treatment modalities and recovery principles. /liliProficiency in electronic health records (EHR) and other healthcare management software. /liliExceptional communication and conflict-resolution skills. /liliThis role requires flexibility to address operational needs, which may include occasional evening or weekend hours. /li /ulpbPhysical Requirements : /b /ppThis position requires a mix of physical activities throughout the workday. Duties involve periods of standing, sitting, and walking, often across various areas of the site. The role also includes tasks that may require bending, reaching, and other physical movements. Candidates must be able to occasionally lift and carry items weighing up to 50 pounds.
