Job Purpose: The Trade Marketing Specialist will join the Trade Marketing team and support the execution of initiatives aimed at maximizing brand visibility, strengthening in‑store presence, and improving commercial performance across all channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Sales team to build and monitor the Customer Plan, including assortment, commercial policy and campaign performance.
- Support the planning and implementation of Trade Marketing activities.
- Analyze sell‑in and sell‑out data, as well as key KPIs, to identify growth opportunities.
- Prepare periodic reports summarizing activities and commercial impact.
- Support the S&OP; Process through building the Demand Plan Forecast.
- Support special projects and cross‑functional initiatives with Marketing and Sales.
What You Need To Succeed:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, or a related field.
- Previous experience of at least 3 years in Trade Marketing, Marketing, or Sales.
- Strong knowledge of Excel and data analysis tools.
- Ability to manage priorities and work autonomously.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Team‑oriented and proactive mindset.
