Ph3Overview /h3pRINA is currently recruiting for the bOptic system engineer /b to join its office in Roma within the bElectronics and System Engineering /b Division. /ph3Mission /h3pThe System Engineer supports the Client in the development of system solutions. /ph3Key Accountabilities /h3ulliRequirement Management: to collaborate with Client’s development team to specify and maintain system requirements, including functional, non-functional, and interface requirements. /liliSystem Functionality Definition: to identify and describe the key functionalities of the system, considering requirements and final user needs. /liliSystem Configuration Management: to manage changes in system requirements and configuration during the development process, ensuring they are evaluated, documented, and implemented appropriately. /liliSystem Test and Integration: to manage system testing and integration (in factory or on field). /liliDocument Management: to support the writing of project technical documentation and the development of reports/summaries also in the form of presentations. /li /ulh3Education /h3pBachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or Engineering General /ph3Qualifications /h3pidentification of optics for illumination and recording, evaluation of brightfield and darkfield settings, lighting calculations, design of LED and laser sources, selection of recording sensors. Technical Knowledge: knowledge in front-edge optic technologies with experience in drafting system requirements and their verification and validation. Knowledge of SW modelling tools (eg. Matlab / Simulink).
